The Foundation’s Board of Directors
The Foundation is governed by an independent, voluntary board of directors who represent each county in the PRECorp service area. The Foundation Board governs the operation of the Foundation and sets the framework for the Foundation’s active role in helping charities. These board members are just like you, members of the community, they volunteer their time and many hours to support the Foundation and their communities.
John Flocchini, Wright, is the Foundation board chairperson. Other members are Susan Berry, Buffalo; Mary Yemington, Sundance; Zeta Anderson, Devils Tower; Michelle Edwards, Sheridan County; Phil Jordan, Campbell County; John Riesland, Weston County; Mary Geier, Weston County, Joanie Kiser, Sheridan County, and Laci Schiffer, Johnson County.
Armando “John” Flocchini

Campbell County
John grew up working for his family’s company, the Durham Meat Company, in San Jose, California. As he got older, he spent his summers at the family ranch, the Durham Ranch, in Wright, Wyoming. After graduating with a degree in Agriculture from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, he took over the management of the Durham Ranch in Wright in 1995. He has lived in Campbell County for 32 years. He is married to Gaylynn and together they have 5 daughters. When not raising Buffalo or assisting his community, John likes to run, fly fish, garden, fly planes and travel. He is also a National Bison Association past president, an active member at Blessed Sacrament Church, a Parish Council member, and a Wright Community Development committee member.
Zeta Anderson
PRECorp Foundation Vice Chair
Crook County At-Large
Zeta Nuckolls Anderson is a third-generation Crook County resident. She had a short stint in Nebraska completing a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while working before returning to her beloved Wyoming. She has been a 4-H leader for over 20 years, coordinates the Missoula Children’s Theater residency in Sundance, and volunteers for several school/community organizations and events. She is an advocate with Public School Options and a learning coach for her daughters’ online public school. Zeta and her husband Gary, along with daughters, Grace, Belize, and Faith, live in the center of Crook County where they are thankful for electric co-ops that provide electricity to their home, other buildings, and livestock water tanks.
Michelle Edwards
PRECorp Foundation Secretary/Treasurer
Sheridan County
Michelle was born and raised in Green River, the seventh generation of her Wyoming family. After completing Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees in civil engineering at the University of Wyoming, she moved to Sheridan.
Shortly after moving to Sheridan, Michelle discovered the Jaycees organization which provides development opportunities to young people to empower them to create positive change in their communities. She has served many roles in this organization including local chapter president, state president, and at the national level as a program manager.
She has been involved in numerous other civic activities in Sheridan, including serving as the event chair for Sheridan County’s Relay For Life event.
Michelle works for the Wyoming Department of Transportation as the District Traffic Engineer for the northeast region of the state, covering Sheridan, Johnson, Campbell, Crook, and Weston counties. In this role, she provides management and oversight of all things traffic and safety-related; signing, pavement markings, traffic signals, etc. In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys, reading, playing the piano, and any outdoor activities.
Mary Yemington
Crook County
Mary Yemington spent her formative years crisscrossing the United States, but the Crook County area has been her home base for many years. Mary and her husband Bob own the John Deere dealership in Sundance, WY and a ranch near Devils Tower. Mary does the bookkeeping and works with cattle and horses on the ranch, which is powered by Powder River Energy.
The Yemingtons have three grown children and two grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, yard work, and firewood duty with her husband. Mary has served several terms on the Crook County Library Board; and is a member of the Crook County Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission.
Susan Berry
Johnson County
Susan Berry was born and raised in Riverton, Wyoming. She earned her degree in secondary education language arts at the University of Wyoming. Before retiring in 2002, Susie spent many years as a teacher of English and speech in Colorado, Oregon, and Wyoming. She has lived in Buffalo, Wyoming since 1976 and was a respected teacher at Buffalo High School for 25 years. Susie and her husband own Flat Iron Storage, a small business the couple purchased in 2005. Tom is a semi-retired veterinarian. They are the parents of two daughters and grandparents of five grandchildren. Susie enjoys playing bridge, reading, traveling, and watching her grandchildren with their sports (rodeo, volleyball, football, wrestling, soccer, and gymnastics).
John Riesland
Weston County
Newcastle native John Riesland represents Weston County. The Newcastle High School alum also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming.
John and his wife Robin live in Newcastle where he works in the oil fields.
The Rieslands have two daughters, Jamie and Katie. John is and has been active in his community as a member of the Newcastle Masonic Lodge, Newcastle Order of Eastern Star, Kalif Shiners, and the International Order of Jobs Daughters.
He has also been a Trustee to Weston County School Board #1 since 1992 where he is on the board’s Endowment Committee. His greatest love is working with the youth in his community. He and Robin ran the Weston County Gymkhana for five years, have been sponsors of the Newcastle High School Rodeo Club, served as a High School Rodeo judge, and served on the Weston County Junior Rodeo Committee.
Adding to his resume, John has served on the High School Scholarship and Katie Lynn Photography Scholarship Committees as well as the Northeast Weston County Recreation Board and has worked with 5th grade students at Mallo Camp for 23 years.
Phil Jordan
Campbell County At-Large
Phil Jordan, Campbell County, joined the Foundation Board in 2016. He is a local entrepreneur, owner of Jordan Company, that has business interests in energy (i.e. crude petroleum and natural gas), recreation, agriculture, and related services.
Mary Geier
Weston County At-Large
Mary was born and raised in Buffalo, Wyoming. She received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wyoming and certification to teach elementary and special education from Black Hills State College. For the last 37 years, Mary has ranched with husband Marlin in Weston County. Her community involvement includes helping at Gateway Fellowship’s Community Christmas Dinner and annual car care clinic, helping at the Newcastle High School Rodeo, being an election judge, and serving on various committees.
Joanie Kiser
Sheridan County At-Large
Joanie grew up in a small town in Northern California. After graduation she moved to Sheridan where she worked in the restaurant business, ascending to management. After the death of her husband, Joanie worked for the Salvation Army and the March of Dimes, before meeting her second husband who was serving in the US Navy. They moved to San Diego where she worked for ten years in the property management industry until her husband’s retirement. They returned to Wyoming semi-retiring in Clearmont where she began substitute teaching. She also worked part-time at the local library and still works part-time at the Clearmont Fire District. Over the years she has been involved with many organizations such as Sheridan Jaycees, Casper Lions Club, Ombudsman for the USS Thach, Clearmont Women’s Club, and Clearmont Community Church. She remains active in her church where she heads up several programs and leads a team of volunteers who work with a Sheridan food pantry.
Laci Schiffer
Johnson County At-Large
Laci Schiffer is a fourth-generation Johnson County resident, born and raised in Buffalo on a sheep and cattle ranch. She graduated from Buffalo High School, then attended Northwest College in Powell Wyoming, and later graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Ag Communication.
Laci returned to Buffalo after graduation and worked at ANB Bank for 17 years. Currently a full-time mom, Laci works part time at North Wyoming Insurance in Buffalo and part time in the fall for Bear Track Outfitters.
PRECorp provides electricity to the Schiffer family ranch - The 48 Ranch - outside of Kaycee.
Laci and her husband Ben, have twin sons, Eli and Trell. The family spends free time in the Big Horns, reading, hanging out with family and friends, kayaking, downhill skiing, and traveling. Laci also loves to cook, bake, and feed people.
In the community, Laci currently serves on the Johnson County Fair Board. She has also been involved in the local Kiwanis and the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce.
